  • Three in one center winding
    It is a new type of winding mechanism developed by our company in recent years. It has three forms of winding functions: active, passive and gap. It has two mechanical transmission characteristics of constant power and constant torque. It is suitable for film coiling with high requirements on different physical strength, density, hardness and appearance. The coiling weight and the diameter of the film coil increase exponentially. The organic application of three functions and two characteristics has produced many coiling methods. The high quality of finished coiling products is idealized. Combined with the existing automatic core changing, unwinding, automatic flying knife cutting, automatic slitting, scrap recycling and other devices, the material receiving system can complete the production task accurately and easily in an efficient and optimal way.
