    Taper calculation is aimed at the gradual attenuation of the control tension in the winding process. Its principle is that the tension will slowly decrease as the winding diameter gets bigger and bigger, so as to ensure that the larger the winding diameter is, the larger the area is, and the inconsistent cold and hot shrinkage of the film will lead to the phenomenon that the outer side is locked inside. In this way, the larger the film is rolled, the better it should be brushed, and the more the coil core is, the less it can be used.
    The former winding is a constant tension, which seriously affects the quality of the products, and the rolled products are easy to deform. After using the tension taper calculation principle, the film has sufficient time to cool during the winding cooling process, changing the winding tension and reducing the deformation of the rolled film.
